Adjustable Turbo actuator with bracket for v70 turbo Summary
Adjustable Wastegate Clock, With threaded rod, which is the model adapted for Volvo 240 /740 and 940 Turbo when mounting the turbocharger with a straight exhaust flange- from ex V70
Adjustment range: about 0.7-1.7 bar
Stroke: between 110-145mm
Used when you mount tuning in 240/740/940 and to increase boost pressure
Complete with new wastegate box and mount the turbo and the distance between the mount and the compressor for this to be 100% right
However, one must drill and tap two holes in the elevation where the model designation stands for turbo.
Drill hole tapping holes for M5 thread to the depth of about 6-7mm (it is about 10mm thick material in elevation)
NOTE: this Wg is intended for mounting a turbocharger with straight exhaust house and conical flange from ex Volvo V70 etc at 740/940 (B23-B230motor)
The exhaust house / compressor cover must be rotated so that the ports line up like the original turbo
Remember to remove the exhaust housing and compressor housings completely and remove the guide pins so that the housings can rotate.
One original Wg-screw should be used, start by screwing the wg set with the screw and press wg-rod
and see that everything fits straight, then select the two M5 holes to be drilled, and drill and tap these
You will need to supply your own M5 bolts for installation
